Changes in Electrical Requirements
Since 1st January 2019, the design of new electrical installations is required to comply with Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671: 2018 (2382-18).
The standard covers the 18th edition of the IET Wiring Regulations, which came into force in June 2008. These regulations are recognised by the British Standards Institute as a British Standard (BS7671).
